Explore Living Souls – Hidden Casks, Shared Spirit.

Featured Product of the Month: Living Souls

ARC Liquor Harvey is proud to feature Living Souls for a special six-bottle Virtual Whisky Tasting — an opportunity to explore modern Scotch whisky through expressive casks, bold flavour stories, and drams chosen for character rather than convention.

This tasting is designed for both curious newcomers and seasoned whisky lovers. Each bottle gives guests a chance to discover how age, distillery, cask type, strength, and natural presentation can shape the personality of a whisky in the glass.

Living Souls is a Glasgow-based whisky company founded in 2024 by industry veterans Calum Leslie, Jamie Williamson, and John Torrance. Together, this trio brings experience in innovation, cask sourcing, blending, and brand building — giving them a sharp eye for spirit with genuine individuality.

Their idea is refreshingly simple: find characterful whisky that others might overlook, then bottle it in a way that makes flavour the headline. The result is a house style built around small-batch individuality, natural presentation, and whiskies that feel expressive rather than overworked.

For this ARC Harvey tasting, we’ll be exploring six Living Souls releases, each with its own story, flavour profile, and sense of place. From smoky coastal malts to rich cask-driven drams, this is a chance to taste whisky with soul — and perhaps find a bottle worth taking home.

This month’s Living Souls Virtual Whisky Tasting at ARC Liquor Harvey invites you to explore six expressive bottles from a modern Glasgow-based whisky company that puts character, flavour, and storytelling at the heart of every dram.

🥃

For this special ARC Liquor Harvey Virtual Whisky Tasting, we’re showcasing six distinctive releases from Living Souls — each chosen to reveal a different side of Scotch whisky character, cask influence, and flavour-led storytelling.

The collection begins with the bold 7-Year-Old Torabhaig Single Malt from the Isle of Skye, a youthful, full-flavoured dram shaped by 1st fill bourbon barrels and coastal smoky energy. Alongside it, the 7-Year-Old Bowmore Single Malt brings an Islay perspective, offering guests a chance to explore one of Scotland’s most famous whisky regions through the lens of Living Souls’ small-batch approach.

We’ll also be tasting the 9-Year-Old Lochranza Single Malt, the 10-Year-Old Balblair Single Malt, and the 13-Year-Old “Williamson” Islay Blended Malt — three expressions that show how age, distillery character, and cask selection can create completely different personalities in the glass.

To round out the experience, the 15-Year-Old Blended Scotch Whisky Batch #2 gives guests a chance to discover the art of blending at a more mature age, where balance, texture, and layered flavour become the focus.

Together, these six bottles make the Living Souls tasting more than just a whisky lineup — it’s a guided journey through smoky malts, coastal character, hidden casks, and expressive drams chosen for personality rather than convention. Whether you’re a seasoned whisky lover or simply curious to learn more, we warmly invite you to click through, explore each bottle, and discover why Living Souls is bringing fresh energy and real character to modern Scotch whisky.
