Arc Liquor at Guisachan Village is proud to support a diverse and exciting range of beverage products. We understand the value of your time—and we ask the same in return for our Store Manager, Katja, whose day is filled with inventory, staff, merchandising, and customer service.

To keep things organized and fair, all sales reps—whether introducing a new product or checking in on existing listings—must book a meeting in advance.

Booking Guidelines:

Appointments are required – No drop-ins, please. Katja cannot accommodate unscheduled visits.

Time slots are limited to 30 minutes.

One booking per brand, per visit. If you represent multiple brands, please indicate this in the booking form so we can allocate appropriately.

Come prepared – Bring samples (if available), updated pricing sheets, marketing materials, and distribution information.

Follow-up orders or restocking discussions should also be booked using this form.

Important Notes:

This system ensures each rep gets dedicated attention without disrupting store operations.

Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in future booking restrictions.
