Ai Virtual Assistant

Alicia helps customers quickly check Harvey product availability, estimated pricing, size, SKU, and stock guidance across beer, spirits, cider, coolers, wine, and related store products. When a product is confirmed in the Harvey inventory snapshot, Alicia can point customers to the Harvey online pickup store so they can place an order before travelling. If a product cannot be confidently confirmed, she provides the Product Finder, online pickup link, or store phone number instead of guessing. Alicia is designed to save customers time, reduce unnecessary phone calls, and help them shop with more confidence.
