Leadership takeaway (Week 27)
ARC returned to audience growth in Week 27. Sessions increased to 411 (▲9.9%), Engaged Sessions to 405 (▲8.3%), Active Users to 315 (▲15.4%) and New Users to 278 (▲15.8%). Organic Search also recovered to 298 sessions (▲13.7%).
Engagement depth and shopping actions softened: average engagement was 1m 03s (▼32.9%) and Click-to-Shop declined to 110 (▼17.3%). However, AI Assistant remained a high-quality channel: only 15 sessions, but 7m 19s average engagement, 26.67 events per session and 399 key events.
Week 27 restored reach and new-customer acquisition, led by Organic Search. The trade-off was weaker engagement depth and fewer shopping actions. AI Assistant volume normalized sharply, but the visitors it did generate remained ARC's deepest-engaging acquisition audience.

Acquisition improved, but downstream interaction was mixed. Session starts and first visits increased while clicks, scrolling, forms and Click-to-Shop softened. Click-to-Product returned with 12 tracked actions, giving us another useful commerce-intent signal to watch.

Click-to-Shop: 110 actions. Total clicks: 144. Form submissions: 31. Form starts: 24. Click-to-Product: 12.
Week 27 brought more visitors into ARC's digital ecosystem, but fewer moved into the Click-to-Shop path than in Week 26. The priority is therefore not simply more traffic; it is preserving the recovered audience while improving the proportion that advances toward product and shopping actions.
- Organic Search: identify the queries and landing pages behind the 13.7% recovery.
- AI Assistant: understand the volume decline while preserving the exceptional engagement quality.
- Customer journey: investigate the 17.3% decline in Click-to-Shop despite stronger acquisition.
- Emily: continue monitoring Featured Emily's Wine Selects and Ask Emily as customer exposure grows.
- Forms: review the continued softness in starts and submissions.
- Attribution: investigate the 23 Unassigned sessions.
Week 27 restored audience growth, particularly through Organic Search and new-user acquisition. The opportunity now is conversion quality: engagement depth and Click-to-Shop softened, while AI Assistant remained exceptionally engaging despite lower volume. ARC therefore enters Week 28 with a larger audience again and a clear task - turn more of that recovered reach into measurable shopping action.
Week 27 restored audience growth through Organic Search and new-user acquisition, while AI Assistant traffic remained exceptionally deep despite lower volume.
