Weekly Performance Report
A weekly leadership snapshot covering traffic, engagement, store-page performance, acquisition channels and customer-intent actions across ARC's connected digital platform.
Alongside the established Gold Standard report, an enhanced leadership layout is available with a visual scorecard, trend tracker and expanded interpretation of the week's results.
Leadership takeaway (Week 18)
ARC recorded 508 sessions and 503 engaged sessions, both improving week over week. Active and new users were lower, but the visitors who arrived interacted far more deeply: average engagement time rose to 3m 57s, page views reached 1,430, and total events increased to 4,019.
The commercial story was also positive. Click-to-Shop increased 40.6% to 180, Organic Search supplied 373 sessions, and Referral traffic increased 78.8%. The new ARC Liquor All Stores gateway attracted 108 views in its opening week, establishing a central brand hub for all six locations.

Digital System Progress
The new ARC Liquor Stores gateway now brings the six store experiences together under one brand-level entry point. Individual Google Business Profiles continue to direct customers to their specific stores, while the main domain provides a fairer, more balanced introduction to the ARC group.

✅ Six individual store experiences
✅ Store-specific Product Finders
✅ E-commerce and phone fallbacks
✅ AI assistants aligned to each location- Track the new gateway: monitor store-selection behaviour and the distribution of visits among all six locations.
- Keep Click-to-Shop central: it increased 40.6% and remains the clearest commercial-intent measure.
- Build on Organic and Referral growth: continue local SEO and consistent linking from GBP, flyers and store content.
- Review Unassigned traffic: check UTM tagging and internal links introduced with the new homepage.
- Begin structured skills transfer: create short training modules for Jason's website and flyer updates and Colin's weekly CSV and AI Knowledge Base workflow.
